This chair is incredible! The shiatsu massage feels professional quality and the zero gravity position relieves so much tension in my back. Love that I can customize everything.
Really impressed with the build quality and massage options. The 10-point rollers hit all the right spots and the foot massage is surprisingly effective. Only reason for 4 stars is it took a few tries to figure out all the settings. Once you get the hang of it though, it's fantastic for unwinding after work.
Bought this for my mother's 70th birthday and she absolutely loves it. The zero gravity feature is her favorite - she says it feels like floating. Setup took about an hour but instructions were clear. The heating function works great and the airbags provide just the right pressure. Worth every penny seeing how much she enjoys her daily massage sessions.
